  • Just renewed my lease for a second year. Pros: *maitainence is prompt when you put in a work order *feels very safe at night (upstairs apt) *relatively private feeling for an apt *washer and dryer included *nice views from many units *pool open 24 hrs *balcony *nice layout Cons: *nosy neighbors *pool isnt always sparkling clean *lounges by pool covered in bird poop *spider crickets EVERYWHERE on walkways at night, some even made it into my upstairs apt *ugly paint in kitchen *no real clubhouse *gym is tiny and lacking All in all I am satisfied enough to renew my lease. It isn't perfect but it isn't bad at all
