  • What could an inspector find wrong with our beautiful Brand New House !? A LOT !! This was the best money I have spent in a long time. I was a bit shocked at the list included in my report. The builder took the list and is correcting everything as I type this , before I receive the keys in the next week. The issues were clearly described and were supported with photos. It is also important to note , we somewhat ignorantly decided to hire the inspector at the last minute. Home Pride and the builder acted quickly to schedule this inspection. Staci , the office manager , provided great customer service as we set everything up. I commented at the beginning "I'm not sure what he will find on this brand new house." She laughed and said "oh they will find things." She was right !! Thank you Staci, Kevin and Home Pride. I'm going to hire you again before the home warranty is up in 12 months, and recommend you to everybody I know.
