  • DO NOT BUY HERE if you are looking for customer service. I live in Las Vegas and bought a suitcase at their store. During my first trip with the bag it begun to come apart. I returned to the store with the bag and receipt. Not only did they refuse take care of the complaint, they were RUDE. I also contacted the BBB, which they failed to respond to them. Another indication to me that service is not on their agenda. Their focus is tourist that buy a suitcase and leave the city
