Wide variety of very decent tasting Italian gelato ice cream. Cocolini's has 2 locations within the Venetian casino/Venetian shops. One location is in the middle of San Marco square in the Venetian Grand Canal Shops (where i went) and the other is in the food court of the Venetian casino itself.
After a nice dinner at Enoteca, we strolled toward Cocolini and was immediately enticed visually by the gorgeous mounds of different colored gelato so we had to get some. The straticella was great with delicious chocolate flakes in vanilla base. The bacio was pretty good, esp if you like hazelnut and chocolate. The mint choc chip was also tasty since I'm a Baskin Robbin's mint choc chip guy.
One note: don't expect this gelato to be as good as in Italy. For U.S. standards it seemed very decent but definitely not as creamy and smooth as the gelato you get in Italian.
Bottom line: Tasty gelato that hits the spot and nice way to complete the full Italian dining experience at Venetian. However, expect rather high prices: $5 for 1 scoop and $6.50 for 2 scoops.

One note: This had nothing to do with my experience but found it disturbing that Cocolini's had some past cleanliness violations in 2005 - just happened to find it on Google: http://www.reviewjournal.com/lvrj_home/2005/May-04-Wed-2005/living/26402942.html
