| - Got this hotel online, and I think it is great for the price (about $60 plus tax) It's a spacious suite, with a full sized kitchen (though nothing for you to cook or eat with.) Staff is very nice, greet us with "bonjour!" whenever we pass by.
Love the fact that there's free breakfast. It includes juice, tea, coffee, hot entrees such as eggs and breakfast meat, bread, cereal, yogurt and fruit. Of course you can always walk outside and get better quality food, but it's a nice option.
The best thing about this hotel is its location, conveniently located between two metro stations, Saint Laurent and Champs de Mars. If you use the metro, it's great to have easy access to both the green and orange lines, saves time from switching lines.
We didn't realize how close this hotel is to Chinatown, but it's like two blocks away. Honestly, back in Hong Kong it's a longer walk from home to get my bowl of noodles!!
If you drive, underground garage entrance is on the Avenue de L'Hotel-de-Ville. Once parked, take the elevator up to the lobby. They do charge for parking, around $15 per night.
