Submitted my phone to the same so called person "Sean Henderson" from eSURRANTY who assisted promptly to receive my damaged phone. It has been over three months, I haven't heard anything from the company on the status of the phone. No one replies to your emails or complaints. This is pathetic service and would never recommend my family or friends. I am still in dilemma on the status of my brand new s8+ which I unfortunate dropped accidentally within the first month of purchasing it.
Stay away.
