  • Hate to give a neighbor a bad review, but these guys have earned it. I had been washing my cars here for 16 years. They used to have a very good spot-free rinse. It has significantly gone downhill the past two years however. The last 2 visits the soap brushes have failed to operate, not starting at all, the first time, and breaking in my hands spraying soap all over, the second. Both times I brought the problems to the attention of the staff and both times they showed utter disdain, one simply looked at the broken part I brought to him, snorted, and turned his back. I was only trying to alert them to the problems, wasn't looking for money back. These guys make minimum wage and just don't care. Can't say I blame them. There are several other issues that I'll spare you. Suffice it to say, the lack of maintenance of equipment really shows. It all falls on Ownership. I would like to come back someday, but will drive the extra distance to go somewhere that cares. This little spot used to be good, but no longer.
