What a beautiful hideaway. Great ambiance. It was our first experience here and it was ok. Our server Ralph was mediocre considering it is a 4 star establishment. Knowing that it was our first time there he didn't really take the time to explain all the menus that were given to us or take the time to suggest any of the popular dishes. We ordered the charcuterie board my husband asked the runner for a different bread options and he told us he would check with the chef. As he walked away we asked Ralph if there was a alternative option besides the bread chips they gave us and he said NO. Well there was! Just laziness if you ask me. Not trying to accommodate us and guess what? The restaurant was empty. He had prob 3 tables max. The food was amazing though. Good eats and good price. The only time we saw a manager was when he quickly came by the table to take the check book and cash us out. Didn't even take the time to ask us how everything was....fine dinning at its finest! Would come back....just not excited about the service!
