rev:text	This company by far has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have no intentions of actually helping a customer and make you jump through hoops to even get through to a "customer service agent". They are a rip off and will steal your money and not try to help correct a problem. Save your money and either book directly through the hotel and/or airlines. I used to be a faithful user of their services and that changed very quickly with one bad experience.
