The Worst Customer Service! I won't be going to ANY Best Buy until and unless this location closes.
My mother and I popped in to buy a set of headphones. A quick and painless trip, we thought. When we got there, the store was almost empty and there were three free agents roaming around. We got what we need and went to the cash. All three of them looked over, but no one came to the cash. Why not? I don't know. My mom got frustrated and made a gentle tap tap tap noise on the counter to get their attention. One agent with red hair walked over, looking disgruntled. After we paid, he walked over to his Chinese coworker and they proceeded to make fun of my mom for having made the tapping noise. It was obvious that they wanted us to hear. They gave us no attention in the first place and they were making fun of us for making some noise to get attention?! Unbelievable. We walked out because we didn't want any altercation and, frankly, taken aback by such terrible service.
Bottomline - don't go there if you don't want to be up at 3AM writing an angry review!
