  • Even though I live in Mesa, I've stopped here several times because it's on my way home from my mom's house. I have to say ditto to most of the other reviews. The customer service is top notch, so refreshing for this day and age. Not to particularly bash WalMart, but it is nearly impossible to get any kind of service there. I would rather pay a bit more for the pleasure of shopping at Howard's. When I ask about an item, they don't just point, but escort me there and answer in detail any question I have. Also, they so graciously accepted a return of an item I purchase at an Ace store in Tempe, no questions asked. And, their hours are more extended that any other Ace I've been to, even on Sunday they were open until at least 8:00pm which is when I stopped by.
