For local fast food style Mexican, Julio's is not bad. The chips and salsa were fresh, but a bit greasy. The fajita salad was good, with decent chicken, and a fried tortilla bowl. The tamale was huge, not the best I've had, but definitely edible. However the flan was horrible - very hard and spongey, but I wasn't expecting too much from fast food. I mean, it's certainly not healthy or authentic Mexican but it's a step up from Taco Bell.
