  • I probably wouldn't go through Marc's Glass again. Short story: It took a long time for them to replace the glass and I ended up playing more then expected. Longer Story. I called Marc to get a quote on a window replacement, I didn't like his price so I told him I was going to go with someone else. Then he said if I pay with cash we would beat the competitors price. I agreed to that because he said he could come out the same night. That night he came out to measure my glass and decided it was going to cost more because of some framing. (The framing was included in the competitors price) So now I'm paying more then I would have with the competitor and Marc wanted a 50% deposit on the spot. I Went ahead and agreed because I need to get my window fixed asap. He then told me they had to order the glass and that It would take a couple days. After not hearing from them for a few days I called them up and there had been no progress on the window. My guess is they forgot about it. So I wait a few more days and I call again. Its still not done.... Marc then tells me he appreciates my patience and that he will give me a discount. Anyway after a couple of weeks they final come to install the new glass into my window. ( I wasn't home so I cant comment on how that went) But they charged me the entire rest of the payment. So I never go the discount I was promised. The whole thing just seemed unprofessional. I would rather had gone with someone else.
