  • Very Friendly and amicable on the phone. Was a bit concerned when she told me that she was having "issues" with one installer, but it should be "ok". She insisted that we would put the antenna where I wanted it (as well as my HOA) The installer even showed up a DAY early (he did ask). It went downhill from there. The "Installer" wanted to put the antenna shooting thru neighbors house, or in the front of the house. So much for anywhere I want it. Thanks for wasting my time.
