  • Got the $9.99 Express Car Wash after they stated they could take my Dodge RAM 3500 dually on their conveyor. Needless to say it was a nightmare. After I paid the gate went up and the turning radius was way to tight. They had to unscrew yellow poles as not to hit my truck. Than they have a second gate that nearly hit my truck. Than I had to drive forward and back 3 times to get the truck lined up with the entrance of the car wash. The actually washing of the truck in the tunnel was terrible. The brushes were much too aggressive, slapping the heck of my new truck. The tire shine got all over my chrome rims and the Manager sent someone out to get the tire shine off the rims and reapply tire shine evenly to all tires. Overall way to aggressive on any car or truck in my opinion, stay away if you have a large crew cab or dually you won't make the turning radius into tunnel and most likely will damage your vehicle. I think their older car washes I use are better than their new ones.
