  • I went here for a physical! The young man at the desk needs a personality. He doesn't even look at the patients when speaking to them. I finally got him to laugh a little! As for Dr. Benton, he is a good old school Doctor and very nice, but seem to be rushed. It seems he has to do some of the computer input that the staff should be doing. Maybe that is why he was 45 min. late for my appointment! I couldn't get my bloodwork done, because when I made the appointment they didn't tell me they did the blood draw in the office and I should fast! It is an inconvenience for patients to have to return for a blood draw just because someone doesn't tell them to fast! The office manager lady was extremely rude to me when I mentioned that they should have their schedulers tell patients to fast if they are coming in for a physical! She never apologized for the error, but said twice I was done and could leave!
