  • I have been a member of a lot of different gyms, and this gym is by far one of the best! Not only is the gym new, clean, and well maintained, but their staff is super friendly and helpful. I'm never intimidated to ask any of the trainers or employees there for help with whatever I need. I LOVE their XGT (extreme group training) fitness classes!! They are like orange theory fitness meets cross fit, and they have completely changed my mentality about working out (especially in a group setting). They provide heart rate monitors to track your heart rate and keep you in the zone and you can see how many calories you are burning, it's great!! First week in the class I dropped 4 lbs! Their trainers are also super motivating and friendly. I couldn't ask to be part of a better gym. The location is nice, right off the freeway, and there's plenty of parking, unlike other gyms I've been to in the past. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great, clean, friendly, positive gym experience with amazing smart machines that count your reps for you, and plenty of machines and weights to choose from along with a tanning bed and a hydro massage bed. You can't beat their rates either with everything they offer! Check it out!
