  • I applied for a condo and was denied for not enough income, so when I spoke to the girl handling the property (Monai) she said she had another condo that We were approved and qualified to rent. So I personally brought in the money orders and documents they requested. When I dropped my application off the girl Monai didn't bother to tell me she was going on vacation. She never returned my calls, and I had to keep calling until I personally walked in again is when she told me that one was also denied. I wasted my time, and she did not handle the process in a professional manner. I recommend looking at other companies to rent a place to live. The properties they offer are very nice, the receptionist was also very helpful, however the realtors and the company as a whole have communication issues. I do not recommend.
