| - Love this place! I've stayed here three times so far for my Epic training (this review will cover all three stays), and it has not disappointed. Maddie (sp?), Anthony, and Jordan always do a great job making sure visitor's are comfortable and having fun.
Dick was an amazing shuttle driver. He's very sweet, welcoming, and gave me great insight into the area and the relationship between Epic and Verona.
Their response to maintenance requests is also amazing. And although I am not handicapped, I have stayed in their handicapped rooms and they are really impressive so if you're looking for that type of accommodation, you won't be disappointed.
The guest happy hours are entertaining, thanks to Jordan and area businesses. They are really in tune with local businesses and Epic culture, which makes for a seamless environment transition between your morning, going to training, and coming back.
The hotel was ridiculously quick in responding to a situation where the local cable provider changed all the channels without notifying anyone!
Their binder of restaurants and the white board of staff favorites is awesome. I have never seen that level of detail in a hotel... I'm sure others do it but I'd be interested to see if it's as extensive.
Breakfast is standard and maybe slightly better than most hotel breakfasts. I've traveled extensively in the US for work and I was really impressed with the amount of work this group puts into making the experience painless and enjoyable.
