| - I have been using this place since it was another name. I recently brought a car in, they fixed it. I was updated by automated texts, they did a efficient job and in a timely matter. The second car I brought, was my daughters. I was told it was repairable, but would take around 28 days to complete. Around 2 1/2 weeks later, I had not been given any updates, so I figured, no news is good news, it'll be ready for pick up, just like they gave me a ball park time frame. But, after 3 weeks, I thought something wasn't right, so I call to find out no one called me to tell me it was irreparable, nor did they communicate with USAA and notify them of the update. For the almost 3 weeks it just sat there in a garage. I called them, to ask for the gal we worked with to please call me and explain to as to why, not one update or returned call. USAA called them to ask them as well. SO, after now going on 5 weeks, I didn't get a call in return, I have decided to let people know, this could happen to you! BEWARE. If the car is irreparable, let the owner know asap, or the insurance company, so we can proceed. WE wasted this time, because you wasted our time. We left a very unhappy customer.
