  • The Fairlawn Verizon store is a gem amid the hells of the cell phone industry. It is a spacious store located on Rt. 18 in Fairlawn. The only major complaint I have with the store is the horrible parking. The two parking lots are cramped, hard to get into, and don't have enough spaces. Both times I've been into this store it's been crowded, but they are very organized and they make sure that you get with a salesperson as soon as possible, which has been quicker than they estimated for us. Getting a new cell phone is a pain because it takes forever to get it ready. The staff here, the best part of the store, make it go by a lot faster. Both times I've been here, the salespeople have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. They're very friendly and helpful. Overall, if you're looking for a new cell phone on Verizon, head to the store in Fairlawn. You'll leave in a good mood.
