  • New Panera last visit. Worst experience. Person tells me she can't take my Panera card at the end of my order. Then over charges my credit card. After asking for them to change the Dr Pepper 3 times, I finally get told they are out (2 of the 8 choices had out of service). Then they bring us the wrong salad. Time to find a different place to catch soup and salad.
