  • Had a delivery sent on one day and the next day it wasn't worth feeding anyone. Had to be tossed as it was totally dried out even after wrapping well and putting it into the frig. Fruit was shriveled and tough. When I called, all I was told was oh, I'm sorry. Never took my phone number or even let me speak to a manager. Don't ever buy from the Surprise store. It's terrible that people pay top dollar for this and they get shafted. Shame on you!
