  • I found Alpha Auto Glass through the internet. They had good reviews and thought I'd give it a shot. I called and spoke with Walter. He was very pleasant and professional. Informed me of the process of with regards to my insurance company. No out of pocket money from me. He called my insurance (while I was on the other line) and got approval on the claim. My Insurance quoted him less than $100, and he took the job. We set up the appointment the same day I called. Awesome...did not have to wait. I did not know at the time that he was in Scottsdale. He drove (65 miles) to where I was located. Walter got the work done. Had to keep the plastic tab over the chip, as we ran out of UV rays. Walter gave me a follow up call the next day and made sure everything was good. You don't get that service anymore. We need to support our local independent business owners. I, for sure, will be recommending their service. Thanks, Walter.
