  • The worst car rental experience of my life. They are incompetent and reckless in the maintenance and processing of their rental vehicles. They knowingly have telephone numbers with one digit errors which make it impossible to contact them. I have now found out they double charged my CC. If you care for the people who will be in a rental car...do not use Avis.
