I don't know what it is with their revolving first desk receptionists. They are al aye training someone new or they never answer the phone. I called in this morning to make a same day appointment and was told I could come in at 11:20a same day. When I arrived to my appointment I was informed that they tried calling me once to let me know they messed up and was looking at the wrong date. When you mess up like that you need to attempt more than once to give someone a call. Huge inconvenience and very unprofessional! You don't treat your regular customers that way. There was no sympathy shown at all. In the end you're still rubbing a business so act accordingly. Please keep in mind that there are several other business just like yours that I can go to and spend my money with better service. I will be sharing this review with everyone I know so they know not to waste their time with your establishment!

No sincere apology was given and no sympathy was shown. Within the 90 minutes why did you not attempt to give another call back for your screw up. Your computer issues are not my problem.
