  • It wouldn't matter if Dr. Shin was the best in the world--you can't get to see her. The office is so poorly run that patients are left to sit in the waiting room doing just that: waiting. I was still siting in the waiting room 1 hour and 20 minutes after I arrived and then the office closed!! Since I didn't block out half a day to see the eye doctor (I mean, who would?) I was late for all my schedule afterwards. I asked for my copay back and left. Run--don't walk--away from Ideal Eye Care.
