  • I have been going to McFall Tire and Auto for several years and I always leave happy with the customer service and work performed, however, my most recent interaction with this business was far beyond my expectations. I recently moved to Denver from the valley where I've spent most of my life, so when it came to buying snow tires I was lost. There are many options that are EXTREMELY pricey and it's hard to know what's the safest/best choice in tires at a reasonable cost. In a bind, I called McFall Tires and spoke with Marcus who remembered me (awesome!) and was more than willing to help advise me to what direction to go in for tires even though he had nothing to gain from me buying tires elsewhere in Denver. Not only did he help me choose a safe tire, he called around to different shops in my area to find the tires and provided me with quotes from shops that he thought were a fair market price...really!! Needless to say I wish McFall Tires was in Colorado because this was above and beyond excellence in customer service, they are an honest, hardworking business with integrity that you can rely on! Thank you Marcus for all of your help and let me know if you ever branch out into Colorado!
