  • My warranty company sent out Shaffer and sons after 2 failed attempts by another company who had no urgency and bad customer service. From the moment I called Shaffer they knew exactly what was going on and said they would be out between 5-9pm next day. Jeremy showed up an hour earlier and was very knowledgeable and professional. I really was convinced the other company was the reason but he said no it happens and he will take care of me. I highly recommend. I will always ask for Shaffer and sons here on our. Customer service is on point and goes over and beyond to help. Thank you Jeremy!
