  • No Frills sends me an email every Friday to advise of this week's sales, and when they're hosting the $1, $2, $3 sales, I rush straight there after work! I've been told never to purchase raw meat at No Frills, but I usually get the veggies here. There are empty boxes available for you to stow away your groceries, and you could get cash-back when paying. The selection at No Frills is very international - they've got an aisle with an abundance of spices, an area with Chinese buns and also a kosher section. It's nice that they're connected to Centrepoint Mall, which has a decent food court if you're too lazy to go home and make dinner after grocery shopping. Overall, No Frills is where you'll find groceries at the most reasonable price!
