  • Bad customer service and unorganized! I had a scheduled appointment with Gerber made 2 days ahead of time. When scheduling my appointment I asked if someone would be sent out they said I needed to drive the vehicle to the shop. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time they informed me that I was not on their schedule. The person at the desk informed me that whoever took my call did not schedule the appointment. They told me I could be seen the next day. When I told them I had only taken off today they were not of any help still. Luckily I was able to walk Into a competitor who informed my my vehicle was unsafe to drive and was able to provide the quote after my insurance company changed the agreement to them. I would not recommend.
