  • Thhis store locaton was close to home, so I went here. BIG MISTAKE!! As soon as I walked in, no one and I mean NO ONE even acknowledged me. Not even a hello, how are you, is there anything I can help you with. ALL the workers all had their heads down doing who knows what. I overhead a worker scold another worker. Take that in the back. Dont scold employees in front of customers. Other store locations have shoes displayed at the back on shelves, but this one NOPE. Bare shelves, made me think for a moment if they were going out of business. Actually other stores actually acknowledged me when I walked in. Ended up going to another location where I found what I wanted and where I was treated way better than this. one. This location definitely needs a crash course in customer service. Or they probably just don't care.
