  • Had to rent from them for 2 years, No contact from them upon my 1st year lease completion. I had to send multiple emails and voice messages for them to finally write me an email back with terms for 2nd year lease (2 months after 1st expired). And of course they raised the rent (claimed the market went up). I had no choice but to sign. Very difficult to get in touch with a person, have to submit and electronic request for repairs and then the repair company calls to schedule. On the final walk thru, Melissa was very snobbish and had to bring in cleaners because she saw dust on the blinds and charged me because a lighting fixture would not turn on. ***Beware that they include a clause in your lease that allows them 30 days at the end of lease to show the property to potential renters. I had to waste many days sitting for their agents because I was not about to let them walk through my personal space without me being present.
