  • This has to be the worse Chase branch I have ever been in. The tellers have attitude and are out right rude. For some odd reason they are under the impression it is "their money" and us customers are not paying a fee for the transactions (like a certified check). Management is just an extension of a promoted teller. Stay away from this branch and this bank - they are fee heavy on everything - get a free account with Schwab.... They so pissed me off I closed the accounts.
