  • Awful IT, bad service, corrupt business model....a black eye on the Birkshire Hathaway portfolio. This is by far the worst company I am forced to do business with against my will. Woody, please advise your management that paying off the governor and public utility council to force consumers to buy renewable energy through your inefficient grid rather than through rooftop solar then charging your high rates and offering poor service simply magnifies the animosity and ill will towards your company. I have no choices but to deal with your poor service and the inconveniences of your flawed IT. This review is my only recourse. I hope some day it impacts your market share in a negative way. Until then, I guess we all just get to take it up the A$$.
