  • WOWSA! It was my first experience with CrushBrew craft beers, wines and the Scottsdale Waterfront. I wasn't sure what to expect and after entering the event, my first stop was with Deep Eddy's! I soooo wanted their sweet tea! However, they do extremely well with that product, there's no need to market it to the public-so I was bummed to find out they weren't offering it. BOO. I was SHOCKED to find out that I had 15-16 drink tickets?! I thought I was receiving 6 drink tickets, apparently everyone who had an admission ticket had the same amount of drink vouchers. Wholly molly!!!!! Throughout the night I believe I only used 3 tickets. I socialized with the locals and non locals as well as the vendors with getting to know their products. I found some of the offerings tasty and I quickly discovered I am NOT a fan of port wines whatsoever, I was clueless that it contains brandy in it. The entire environment, vibes and public was a lot of fun and everyone was respectful and social. I highly enjoyed the entertainment of several live bands that added to the lively time with the gorgeous waterfront and the beautiful lighting structures. The Yelpers and many others of the public made out with some incredible take home items. I won a swag package from the local alternative station 93.3 (incl: bag, lanyard, towel, bag, (2) music CDs and a movie - "Truth". Several of us also scored a few t-shirts, leis, non alcoholic beverages, hats, bracelets and so much more. We then attended the after party at the "W" hotel, very beautiful outdoor, patio of continuing DJ music and additional vendors with more drink vouchers totaling (6). I ended up sharing my tickets and ordered drinks with passing them to the crowd who had the general admission with limited tickets. I rather have them used than not. I don't know how I still ended up with what seem like more tickets than I started with. The vendors were excellent including all of the staff on board to make this event happen. Well, it's apparent I had too much fun since I BROKE my cell and it is DONE, DONE. Mazel tov!!!!!!!!!!! (I'll be posting pictures once my cell is replaced). BOO. Thank you Yelp, CrushBrew and everyone that had part of making this an extremely fun time.
