  • The best meal I've ever had. Not sure how Omae is anything but five stars on Yelp, but holy baby jesus. (Just kidding, I know how - you'll notice every review after 08/18/2015 gives them five stars. Rightfully so because that's when they changed their seating/menu structure/etc.) I took my significant other and myself there to celebrate his birthday. We both greatly appreciate delicious food, as well as food preparation/presentation, service, and environment. Japanese Cuisine by Omae delivered on all fronts. I am just breath-taken. It's been over 24 hours since our meal there and the two of us are STILL raving endlessly and googoo-gaga'ing all over our experience. The meal is omakase, seven courses each. You are the only party in the restaurant at the time. The price, setup, and all other details are very clearly stated on the website for your review. There are no hidden tricks. You make a reservation, you go, and you let your taste buds explode in ecstasy while trying to contain your smile so you don't look like a maniac after each bite of food. It's an absolutely magical experience. I'm actually a little pissed because I don't think I can be as happy ever again in my life.
