  • I can't testify in comparison to other martial arts school because this is the only place I've been. I do know that the people who run the place have integrity and have balanced a tough minded activity with a family atmosphere. The instruction is first rate with the coaches of champion fighters and many times the fighters themselves doing the instruction. Some of the classes can be crowded but I have been to different classes at different times and feel like I am still getting quality instruction and attention no matter what time and who is teaching.
