  • Great products but I had the strangest installer. I bought 3 products with three different installation dates. The same installer for all jobs. The company has you sign off on the completed work and complete a satisfaction survey while the installer is staring at you. Awkward. The installer had to borrow an extension cord on the third job. At the end, he never bothered to wrap up the cord to return it to me. He left it strewn across the driveway. I was glad to get rid of him.
