  • I have lived here for about 6 months. The apartment and facilities are beautiful. Double master suites so having a roommate is ideal. However, cars get broken into here. They assign you parking nowhere near your actual apartment forcing you to rent a garage or walk through the unsecured place late at night because the gate is broken frequently. I've seen a homeless man sleeping on a sofa. People hopping over the fence by Food City. Two times I've had to talk to the manager now. First time, I had to go to the office 3 times to actually get a manager to answer questions since the regular employees don't have the answers even though I kept waiting for a call bSecond time, still haven't heard anything and I've given up. Paying rent has the most confusing website. To be able to split the rent, you have to split it the day before rent is due. Unfortunately, you aren't given the full total until the 1st. So you basically have to guess and hope you got it right. Then recheck on the first before 5pm to see if all your math added up. And here I thought I was done going to school. I really want to love this place. I know that not everything can be controlled but a better effort to have a gated community should be a priority for the price we pay. Please, do something about your website to pay rent. I have rented places for years and this place hands down is the most confusing. UPDATE: This place has gotten worse. They have staff running around here harassing the residents. I never have people over and only use the pool occasionally. I have my family over one time and all Mike (Inspector Gadget) did was harass me all day. First, he harasses my service animal that I was holding because I sat on the sofa in the pool area for 30 seconds. Then he comes back again and complains that we have unopened chips at the pool. He tells us we can't eat in there. We put the chips away in the cooler. Try to continue having a good time. 30 minutes later he is back out there again inspecting our area looking for something to complain about. When it was finally time to eat, we took our food inside the lounge and intruded on a birthday party going on. We go back to the pool and try to have a good time. Nope. Here comes Inspector Gadget yet again yelling at us for having soda, water bottles, and a cooler. My niece got yelled at for arriving late and making the mistake of getting potato salad from inside and eating at a table by the pool. She was unaware of the prison policies. We weren't the only lucky ones. Inspector Gadget was harassing everyone. Now I get it. There are rules. But this taking things too far and it was to the point he was flat out embarrassing me in front of my guests. I pay $1600 a month. I've never lived in a place that I felt so unwelcome. We weren't making a mess or leaving trash anywhere. We were just trying to have a good time. I've always been a good resident that is quiet, pays rent on time, and have taken care of my place like I'm the owner and not a renter. Obviously for what I pay, I can afford to move to other places in the valley. Treating me and the way I saw Inspector Gadget treat other residents is enough to have me start looking elsewhere. And that's disappointing because there is so much I still want to love about this place. I hope Inspector Gadget has great sales skills because he's going to have some empty apartments to rent out soon if this is the way he is going to continue to treat the residents.
