  • I finally went today to redeem my living social voucher that I purchased in October 2010. I called there at least 10 times, and on the 11th time, someone actually picked up! That was back in March, when they said their first available WEEKEND was in September! So I booked for a weekday when I took vacation off work. I was expecting it to be awful due to the phone service, however it wasn't nearly that bad. The place is quite nice although it is located inside of a gym with lots of ogling meatheads, and my esthetician was quite nice. I got a french mani shellac manicure, it was decent, which is the same for what I can say about my pedicure. The massage wasn't bad for a nonRMT.. I'd return but after that experience with nobody ever answering the phone, it may be more of a hassle to book than its worth.
