  • I can't say enough about the great experience I have had with Empire Today Carpet. I used the website with ease to schedule an appointment, and from my meeting with the carpet sales rep through receiving my Certificate of Completion for my carpet installation I have been more than satisfied every step of the way. My sales rep was informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. My experience choosing my carpet and padding was relaxed and pleasurable. I feel my pricing was good and I didn't have to worry about adding on "extra" services, as everything was included in the price given to me - EVERYTHING. My installation was scheduled at my convenience and the step-by-step process went exactly as I was told it would by my sales rep and in my contract. As far as my installers, they arrived as promised within the time frame I was given so I was able to plan my day. They confirmed my work order, product, and the installation before beginning. They were courteous and professional. We discussed the furniture that had to be moved and they began a flawless and expert carpet installation job. I had my living room, dining room, and hallway carpet installed and they worked quickly and efficiently. When the installation was complete they vacuumed all areas and replaced all the furniture exactly as it needed to be. The overall installation was beautifully done, my seams are undetectable, and they did not leave behind any debris or materials from the job. They exhibited pride in their work and maintained a courteous and professional manner the entire time they were in my home. I received my Certificate of Completion, which included the website information for my warranty on labor and materials, as well as a wealth of information on how to maintain and care for my new carpet. There is nothing I would change about my experience with Empire and would highly recommend this company. I just can't say enough about the positive experience that I had.
