  • While I admit they do lovely nails- if a nail lifts or breaks they do not accommodate or work with any flexibility around "your" schedule...and Im talking about repairing even one nail. If you see one of the busy nail techs you can forget about having them repair your nail even that day- their excuse is their schedule is booked solid they dont leave any openings for repairs. If your 5 min late you will be met with stoney faces- BUT THEY WILL KEEP YOU WAITING without so much of an apology - Ive been kept waiting up to 1 hr ... only go if you have a flexible schedule that works around theirs when it comes to needing a nail repair- else find a place that values their clients and provides excellent customer service.
