I paid $70+ for a wash and trim with an advanced stylist. She wasn't all that talkative nor friendly which made the experience dismal. The hair wash was ok, would've appreciated a more deep cleanse. The "head massage" was more of a head scratch. The mini facial they offer is a joke. They put a hot towel in your face, spritz toner then add moisturizer. I had make up on so that didn't work but stylist didn't ask if I wanted it and went ahead. I didn't object since I was on my way home after anyway. I don't think my stylist washed or sanitized her hands before moisturizing my face which is a hygienic issue. I don't think my cut too much effort. I even asked my stylist about this season's trends and her recommendations for my cut but she barely put any thought into it and gave generic responses, demonstrating her lack of knowledge or ambivalence for me as a client. At the end at check out she asked if I wanted to purchase products. I declined saying that the products I had were fine. She asked if I was sure to which I responded I need to see how my hair reacts overnight from that wash (as it takes more than one 10 min wash experience for me to decide on purchasing a whole new shampoo and conditioner set; especially if you didn't even describe much about the products and it's benefits while washing my hair). She said ok and walked away. No thank you or goodbye. I found that to be really snobby and her service insincere. Don't push products on me and get upset I don't budge esp if you offer poor service and an average cut if that. Overall I was not impressed and would not return or recommend. I'd suggest people looking to visit this salon to review the hidden reviews on yelp before going.
