| - Buying a new car always felt like you have to prepare for war; fighting off the vultures, haggling the price, and trying not to get ripped off in the process. But my experience this time was different, it was actually enjoyable.
Do your homework first! Look online, compare prices, and set up an appointment with sales. We were taken cared of by Carlos Rodriguez and everything was EXCELLENT! He let us test drive some of the models we were looking at and showed us unique features of each. He was very helpful, humble, and wasn't pushy like other salesmen.
Another thing that Carlos did that shows Honda goes above and beyond is that he took the time to show me all of the features on my car. We went through each section, such as teaching me how to adjust locking/unlocking, adding my phone to the blue tooth, setting up speed dial, adjusting the lights, and everything else. It was really helpful to have someone show me how to use it, rather than reading the manual.
Besides Carlos, we were given the same hospitality from their financial service manager, Jude Alex, and sales manager, Eddie. We ended up talking more about life and the Filipino culture than prices and cars. All in all, GREAT EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE! Definitely would come back if I ever need another car..
