Came to the emergency room after UrgentCare couldn't remove a TicTac from my child's nose. While checking in there was a name, address, and phone number mistake with my child I explained to the person checking us in and had insurance card with correct information, I thought the problem was fixed. While checking EMT did try to see if they could see the TicTac, but couldn't. We waited about an hour and were called back. Everyone was great, friendly, helpful and made us so comfortable. He was checked out, no TicTac to be found. While in the room I looked at our bracelets.. they had the wrong name! A woman came in to start the check out I told her about the information and bracelet being wrong and was told it would be fixed at the end. Next a nurse came in with discharge papers they also had the wrong information. The nurse did immediately get all the paperwork fixed. Service was awesome, I just really wish the information would have been fixed at check in.
