Zero stars. We booked and paid up front IN ADVANCE for a standard SUV for a family trip. We arrived from our late night flight and waited almost 2 hours in line listening to person after person complain and be denied their previously booked rentals.
When we finally got to the counter the agent raised a hand to my face and said we would be going out to the parking garage to the booth from there. Proceeded to yell for everyone else in line to follow in an orderly fashion outside. This is after 1am.
Finally we get to the booth outside and they tell me they don't have the car I reserved. But they have another car, a brand new, much smaller SUV. We cram our family in with all our luggage and leave.
We returned the car early. Due to the inconvenient size.
I have yet to be notified of any compensation for their error with our rental.
Never again.
I'll sick with Hertz and the excellent customer service. I've never booked a car and been downgraded there.
