  • We have had an account with them for 4 years. Whenever you call customer service they can never find our information, or they can't find our client's information. We usually get a response like "Are you SURE you work with us?" Operators are rude, most of the drivers dress for a day on the beach. Very unprofessional. I am making it my mission to convince the owners of my company to change couriers.
