  • Tried this place ONE more time. The manager was nice and refunded our money last time. So we decided to try them again, today. NEVER again. Will we return here. Don't care if they offered free haircuts for a year. They do a terrible job on the haircuts (consistently uneven.) And have even worse customer service. They completely skipped my sons haircut and took the guy after him. When this was pointed out to the stylist she says "well, he's already sitting in my chair." Seriously? My husband even had to explain to the "stylist" how to even out his sideburns. Which she STILL butchered horribly. You guys are a joke. I'll just watch a few youtube videos and start doing their hair myself. I'm sure I'll do 100 times better of a job.
