Local, Authentic Ramen-ya in SW Vegas. We've been a few times already, and even recommended it to family that live in the area. The place is tiny, so expect a wait. The menu isn't massive, but what they do have, they do WELL. The Ramen is fresh, and made ON SITE. You can't go wrong with that. Broths are tasty (I've had the Miso and Shoyu) and you can get a ton of add ins for a fairly reasonable price. Definitely hope this place stays open for a long time!
